Through our research, we ended up finding out that there are three basic types of 9-5 workers that we wanted to concentrate on;

• Moveable lunch breaks - business, law enforcement, service industry and technology
• Immovable lunch breaks - medical and teaching
• Moveable work area - arts and media

Moveable lunch breaks/workplaces - need to create an oasis outside the workplace - near to workplaces - walking distance - near food shops.

Immovable lunch breaks - need to create a quiet, private, secluded garden - no access to students or patients - needs to have plants, be natural and have a kitchen nearby.

The before, during and after of a successful lunch break are;

• Trying to find a place to relax and have a lunch break, not finding one and staying stressed
• Finding a new place and sharing that find
• Going there for every lunch and making it a common place to meet friends
