Peter Jack;
- 'Flow' is being engrossed in what you are doing, doing one thing in depth.
- He creates music on a computer which starts the 'flow' and then carries on to create a video aspect for the music.
- He enjoys the rhythm, beat, tone, pitch and melody of creating music.
- Currently he has been reconstructing songs created by others.
- Walking helps to create this 'flow', his favourite places are by the beach and the dashing rocks.
- Watching the waves and listening to them crash is calming.
- He also does photography, mostly of the sea and the dashing rocks.
- Allows him to concentrate for long periods of time on getting the right photo at the right time.
Shannan Ryan;
- She watches youtube series which allows her to take her mind off her work and does not require much thinking.
- She tries not to bring the work home with her.
- Walking home from work helps her to wind down.
- Interacting and patting her cat helps her to stay calm.
- She used to be relaxed by drawing but she has requested drawing which means currently she does not feel enjoyment from the activity.
Ella Jack;
- She listens to calming, chill music from female singers.
- She writes poetry so that she doesn't have to deal with anything else.
- Taking baths allow her to take time for herself and she feels that the warmth is like a hug.
- Baking allows her to focus on something else.
- She goes to the gym when she is angry or overemotional, it tires her out.
Lynette Mentink;
- Sleep helps her to disengage from her work and all her stresses.
- She goes for walks which free up her mind, reenergises her body and rids her of stress.
- She sits in the sun which warms her and gives her time out from looking at screens.
- Indie rock music helps to sooth her.
- She also watches TV shows.
